Our present investigation builds upon this paradigm, delving into the intricate role of MoS2 coated with DSPE-PEG-TPP in safeguarding the protein secondary structure within brain tissues. Moreover, a comprehensive exploration of the impact of DSPE-PEG-TPP-MoS2 QDs treatment on a spectrum of biomarkers has been meticulously undertaken. Further elucidation of the methodology, detailed results, and an in-depth analysis can be found in subsequent sections, offering a comprehensive understanding of our study. This study sheds light on the role of MoS2 QD in the protection of the protein secondary structure of the brain tissues against AD etiology.
