详述The Protein G magnetic beads, conjugated with protein G, are used for IP or purification of many species of IgG (Antibody) , especially for Human IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, Rabbit IgG, Rat IgG, Mouse IgG2a, Goat IgG, IgG1, IgG2, Sheep IgG2, Horse IgG, Cow IgG, IgG1, IgG2, Pig IgG, and so on. For purification, the antibody is added to a tube containing Protein G purified beads. The tube is then placed on a Magnetic separation device, where the beads migrate to the side wall of the tube facing the Magnetic separation device and allow for easy removal of the supernatant. The bound antibodies are dissociated from the beads using an Elution Buffer.血清酶G磁珠是磁珠与血清酶G偶联，中用免疫检测乳浊液或纯化多种类 IgG（抵抗能力），需要是人 IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG4、兔 IgG、大鼠 IgG、小鼠 IgG2a、小尾寒羊 IgG、IgG1、IgG2 、羊 IgG2、马 IgG、牛 IgG、IgG1、IgG2、猪 IgG 等。 为着纯化，将抵抗能力注入具有血清酶G磁珠的抽滤钢管内。 进而将管置放在磁剥离传动平衡装置上，磁珠移迁到钢管内面向基层磁剥离传动平衡装置的开口处，采用洗刷抗震液将整合的抵抗能力与磁珠剥离。
