产品设备描叙阐述The Protein A magnetic beads, conjugated with protein A, are used for IP or purification of many species of IgG (Antibody) , especially for Human IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, Rabbit IgG, Mouse IgG2a, Cat IgG, Goat IgG2, Sheep IgG2, Cow IgG2, Pig IgG, and so on. For purification, the antibody is added to a tube containing Protein A purified beads. The tube is then placed on a Magnetic separation device, where the beads migrate to the side wall of the tube facing the Magnetic separation device and allow for easy removal of the supernatant. The bound antibodies are dissociated from the beads using an Elution Buffer.

血清A磁珠是磁珠与血清A偶联，能用的 于免疫力滤渣或纯化多种多样 IgG（表面抗原），非常是人 IgG、IgG1、IgG2、IgG4、兔 IgG、小鼠 IgG2a、猫 IgG、奶羊 IgG2、绵羊肉 IgG2、 牛 IgG2、猪 IgG 等。 考虑到纯化，将表面抗原入驻带有血清A磁珠的抽滤管中。 并且将管平放在磁提取设备上，磁珠知识到管中向磁提取设备的开口处，用到冲洗掉响应液将结合实际的表面抗原与磁珠提取。APPIP; Purification技术工艺的规格
