服务称谓：化学活化氧Theaflavin，4670-05-7产区：宝鸡要求：1mg 5mg 10mg色度：99%用处：仅使用在科技贴心警告：仅在科研开发，不可在身体实验英文！Theaflavin is a polyphenolic flavonoid that has been found in black tea and has diverse biological activities, including antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties.1,2,3 It scavenges singlet oxygen and hydrogen peroxide as well as superoxide and hydroxide radicals in vitro (IC50s = 0.73, 0.49, 14.5, and 38.0 µM, respectively).4 Theaflavin inhibits the growth of OVCAR-3 and A2780/CP70 human ovarian cancer cell lines, but not the ovarian epithelial cell line IOSE 364 (IC50s = 11.9, 38.5, and >40 µM, respectively).2 In a rat model of type VIII collagenase-induced intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), pretreatment with theaflavin (50 mg/kg) attenuates ICH-induced increases in levels of IL-1β, IL-18, TNF-α, IFN-γ, TGF-β, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the brain.3 It also attenuates the ICH-induced increase in the percentage of right turns in a corner test and improves paw placement scores in rats when administered at 50-100 mg/kg by gavage prior to ICH induction.
