PUE-HA and 4-arm maleimide polyethylene glycol (4-arm PEG-MAL) were crosslinked through Diels Alder click reaction to prepare injectable sustained-release hydrogel (PUE-HA-PEG) Compared with 1Furan/1MI and 1Furan/2MI hydrogels, the gelation time of 1Furan/4MI hydrogels can be shortened to 1 min. With the increase of MI ratio, the hydrogels have lower degradation rate (21 day degradation rate is less than 60%), better mechanical properties, and more obvious drug release effectThe experimental results show that the ratio of Furan/MI has a significant impact on the physical and chemical properties of injectable sustained-release hydrogels
