Characterization of LyP-1-PEG-DSPEThe NMR spectra of Mal-PEG-DSPE and LyP-1-PEG-DSPE are shown in Fig. 1(A). The solvent peak of CDCl3 was found at 7.26 ppm. In the spectrum of Mal-PEG-DSPE, the methylene protons of DSPE have multiple peaks at 1.26 ppm, the repeat units in PEG at 3.7–3.8 ppm, and the Mal group has the characteristic peak at 6.7 ppm.
